Financial accountability

- All transactions are approved by an authorised individual and follow government financial rules; an Account Assistant maintains records and prepares monthly, trimester and annual reports.
- Receipts and payments are recorded separately for each project/program.
- Income and expenditure are audited annually by an independent authorised auditor approved by the AGM, plus sponsor-requested audits.
- Physical assets are recorded, safely kept and physically verified every year with a report to the AGM.
Straight to children and communities
School fees and scholarships, uniforms and learning materials, health camps, child-protection case support, cash-for-work and community infrastructure — every rupee is tracked through public social audits.
