Governance
CSN has an inclusive 7-member executive board (3 women, 4 men) elected by the General Assembly through democratic practice, convened each year and chaired by the chairperson. Organisational funds are held in commercial bank accounts and audited by a Government of Nepal authorised auditor; the audit report is presented every year to local government officials, the Social Welfare Council and other stakeholders.
Note: the organogram chart in the organisational profile places the General Assembly above the Executive Board, followed by the program team, field staff and community structures (child clubs, networks and ward-level groups) — matching the tier order shown above.
What we do for others remains and is immortal
Your gift keeps a child in school, a family together.
CSN treats every donor with respect, honesty and openness — gifts are applied to their intended purpose with full accountability.
